Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers on customer implementations.
- Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, life sciences business processes, and project management skills.
- Participate in customer business process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
- Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs under the guidance of Solution Architects.
- Help build, test, train, and deploy customer solutions.
- Document system requirements and solution designs.
- Explain solutions to varied audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
- Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.
Requirements
- University degree such as BA, BS, or BBA with strong academic performance.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Maximum of two years of work experience after university.
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20% of the time as needed.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time in person and remotely, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business and technical concepts into potential solution designs.
- Interest in or experience with software and a desire to improve business processes through technology.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Additional European language skills, such as German, French, or Italian, are preferred.
- Relevant degrees or backgrounds in business, management information systems, software engineering, biomedical or biochemical engineering, mechanical engineering, life sciences, or similar fields are preferred.
- Internship or experience with a pharmaceutical company, community involvement, organizational leadership, teaching experience, programming knowledge, relational database knowledge, CRM knowledge, or document management systems experience is preferred; Salesforce is preferred for CRM.
