Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers on customer implementations.
  • Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, life sciences business processes, and project management skills.
  • Participate in customer business process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
  • Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs under the guidance of Solution Architects.
  • Help build, test, train, and deploy customer solutions.
  • Document system requirements and solution designs.
  • Explain solutions to varied audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
  • Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree such as BA, BS, or BBA with strong academic performance.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Maximum of two years of work experience after university.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15–20% of the time as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time in person and remotely, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business and technical concepts into potential solution designs.
  • Interest in or experience with software and a desire to improve business processes through technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Additional European language skills, such as German, French, or Italian, are preferred.
  • Relevant degrees or backgrounds in business, management information systems, software engineering, biomedical or biochemical engineering, mechanical engineering, life sciences, or similar fields are preferred.
  • Internship or experience with a pharmaceutical company, community involvement, organizational leadership, teaching experience, programming knowledge, relational database knowledge, CRM knowledge, or document management systems experience is preferred; Salesforce is preferred for CRM.
