Responsibilities
- Support the management and optimization of cloud infrastructure and services for clients.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems to support reliable, high-availability operations.
- Help implement industry-leading cloud operations, compliance, migration, and performance practices.
- Contribute to client engagements while adapting to varied teams, challenges, and scopes.
- Apply professional and technical standards and uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in cloud administration, cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, and cloud-based service management.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Apptio, CrowdStrike, or Dynatrace APM is listed as an optional skill.
- Ability to analyze information, communicate clearly, collaborate with others, receive feedback, and develop commercial awareness.
- Government clearance is required.
