Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated software builds, Hardware-in-the-Loop testing, and deployment.
- Administer Jenkins controllers and agents, including job allocation, node health, and routing to specialized HIL test benches.
- Use Docker to containerize build environments, test tools, and utility scripts.
- Integrate Jenkins with Git, Bitbucket, TraceTronic ECU-TEST, artifact repositories, and TEST-GUIDE dashboards.
- Develop Jenkins Shared Libraries in Groovy and automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Implement monitoring and alerting for CI/CD infrastructure and resolve pipeline, HIL-node, and connectivity issues.
- Manage credentials, access controls, and secure artifact storage in accordance with internal security guidelines.
Requirements
- Requires 1–2 years of dedicated experience in DevOps, release engineering, or CI/CD.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Requires practical Jenkins pipeline development and maintenance experience, including Jenkinsfiles, jobs, nodes, and agents.
- Requires strong Groovy skills and automation experience with Python or Bash/PowerShell.
- Requires hands-on Docker experience and advanced Git version-control workflows.
- Requires foundational knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking.
- Requires strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Automotive, Hardware-in-the-Loop, or TraceTronic ECU-TEST and TEST-GUIDE experience is preferred.
- Experience with Ansible or Terraform and monitoring tools such as Grafana is preferred.
