Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance SAP FI S/4HANA components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, banking, tax, and financial closing.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP finance configurations and solution designs.
- Support end-to-end delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Integrate SAP FI with SAP CO, MM, SD, AA, and external systems through standard integration patterns and APIs.
- Use AI copilots and pre-built AI services for functional specifications, documentation, test scripts, impact analysis, validation, financial data interpretation, and issue resolution.
- Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards.
- Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders.
- Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong SAP FI S/4HANA expertise, including Universal Journal, financial closing and reporting, AP/AR processing, Asset Accounting, banking and cash management, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD.
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools.
- Understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical applications of pre-built AI services; model training, RAG, and agentic development are not required.
- Ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and business-requirement translation skills.
- Preferred experience with SAP Fiori finance applications.
- Preferred exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP for integrations.
- Preferred familiarity with Tricentis or SAP CBTA and financial analytics and reporting tools.
