Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical strategy, roadmap, upgrades, security posture, performance, reliability, and scalability of the Adobe Experience Manager platform and guest-facing frontend ecosystem.
  • Set frontend architecture direction for rendering, components, data and state patterns, reusable capabilities, design-system adoption, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design.
  • Write, review, and optimize production-quality JavaScript and TypeScript code across React and Angular implementations.
  • Design, implement, and review APIs, microservices, backend integrations, and cloud-native solutions supporting business and guest experiences.
  • Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools and SDLC automation for code generation, testing, documentation, code review, and pipeline improvements.
  • Establish engineering standards, guardrails, quality gates, CI/CD expectations, monitoring, logging, observability, and technical debt remediation practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, stories, implementation plans, estimates, and delivery plans for complex initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions while providing technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Design, Content, Business, and architecture stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences and AI-enabled content or experience capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions, influence architecture across teams, and align engineering solutions with business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success using AI coding assistants, agentic IDEs, or AI pair programming to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled SDLC automation for testing, code review, documentation, or CI/CD with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in modern frontend development with JavaScript and TypeScript, including hands-on Node.js, React, and Angular experience in large-scale applications.
  • Solid full-stack experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture principles, plus experience in agile development environments.
  • Preferred experience includes 10+ years building enterprise-scale customer-facing platforms, Adobe Experience Manager including AEM as a Cloud Service, headless or hybrid AEM architectures, responsible AI, cloud technologies, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • This is not a remote role; candidates must be in the area or willing to relocate to the Orlando/Celebration, Florida area.
  • Full-time position with a stated base-pay range of $148,300.00-$180,000.00 per year.
  • Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits.
