Responsibilities
- Build, test, deploy, and support AI-powered applications, workflows, automations, services, and data pipelines.
- Develop business applications using Python, APIs, and AI/LLM technologies.
- Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data to create user-facing tools, integrations, assistants, and document-processing workflows.
- Support model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement workflows.
- Monitor deployed models for performance issues, drift, reliability, latency, cost, and other operational concerns, escalating findings and supporting corrective actions.
- Create reusable code, documentation, and tooling while following established technical standards and coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with data science, product, data engineering, platform, business, supplier, and customer stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical considerations clearly and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Requirements
- A university degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, AI, data engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience building business applications.
- Experience with AI/GenAI solutions and large language model technologies.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Experience working with complex or unstructured data.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Nice-to-have experience with SQL, data modeling, OCR, document processing, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure or other cloud platforms, and enterprise business systems.
