Responsibilities
- Define a 1-3 year roadmap/vision for the team.
- Write clear architectural design documents.
- Provide estimates on technical resources for projects.
- Take responsibility for executing Client Hosts team projects.
- Develop well-tested features and tools.
- Be recognized as a technical expert in supporting web clients.
- Review technical designs for integration and functionality.
- Work on enterprise-level desktop application installers and native wrappers.
- Give internal demos on new tools and their impact.
- Contribute to fun projects meant to delight.
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong experience in frontend software development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience with common frontend technologies.
- Experience with native application installation and VDI support.
- Experience introducing new technologies to established systems.
- Experience identifying and solving engineering problems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile and iterative development processes.
- Experience mentoring engineers.
- Familiarity with Vue 3/Pinia, Typescript, and other relevant technologies.
