Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, and optimize solutions on the RSA Archer GRC platform.
- Develop JavaScript custom objects for validation, dynamic UI behavior, data feeds, and integrations.
- Implement and support inbound and outbound integrations using Archer Data Feed Manager.
- Use Archer Next Generation UI capabilities to improve usability and performance.
- Write and maintain XSLT transformations for XML and JSON data processing.
- Integrate Archer with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, and Archer APIs.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Archer issues across development, QA, and production environments.
- Translate business requirements from risk, audit, compliance, and IT stakeholders into technical solutions.
- Apply Archer best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
- Provide documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Use Python or similar programming languages for ETL, data extraction and transformation, automation, and system integration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer architecture, configuration, customization, custom objects, data model, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Archer Next Generation UI, Data Feed Manager, JavaScript Transporter, and advanced data feed scripting.
- Experience supporting Archer use cases such as RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, and Audit.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages, ETL processes, SQL, database concepts, XML, JSON, and CSV.
- Experience integrating Archer with Snowflake, ServiceNow, or enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of GRC processes, regulatory frameworks, and Archer data models.
- Experience with workflow automation, API-based orchestration, Archer upgrades, data migrations, and environment management.
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholders.
