Responsibilities
- Own the team’s Agile and Scrum activities, including Jira management, backlog prioritization, epics, daily meetings, dependency management, and sprint planning.
- Lead quarterly and sprint-level planning, coordinate integrations and cross-functional interfaces, and own project timelines and development quality.
- Provide technical leadership by understanding the code and product, guiding design and technical decisions, and mentoring engineers.
- Design and develop complex software features, participate in code reviews and design discussions, and remain hands-on with the codebase.
- Lead and develop team members through responsibility allocation, coaching, professional growth support, and day-to-day guidance.
- Drive quality and continuous improvement through testing, automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Team Lead, or in comparable leadership work.
- At least 7 years of backend/server-side software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages and software design principles.
- Understanding of source control, code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD, and release workflows.
- Experience with AI-first development practices and AI-powered tools and agents in software engineering workflows.
- Strong ownership, communication, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage priorities and dependencies across teams.
- Cloud experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments is advantageous.
- Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures, including Temporal, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Apache Flink, is advantageous.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving software, algorithms, automation, QA, and product teams is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
