Base Salary
$250k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of new features to enhance TRAM’s test-time accuracy.
- Build and maintain data and retrieval pipelines for AI workflows.
- Collaborate with internal tax experts to improve TRAM's reasoning capabilities.
- Own TRAM’s evaluation framework and workflows.
- Work with leading frontier labs to fine-tune models on proprietary data.
Requirements
- Prior experience building AI-enabled products, especially RAG systems.
- Experience fine-tuning base models, ideally via RFT.
- Willingness to engage deeply with tax technical problems.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and reasoning models.
