Base Salary
$250k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of features that increase TRAM’s test-time accuracy.
- Build and improve data and retrieval pipelines supporting AI workflows.
- Work with internal tax experts to improve how TRAM reasons through tax research.
- Own TRAM’s evaluation framework and workflows.
- Work with frontier labs to reinforce fine-tune models on proprietary data.
Requirements
- Prior experience building AI-enabled products, particularly RAG systems.
- Experience fine-tuning base models, ideally through RFT.
- Strong understanding of how LLMs and reasoning models function.
- Willingness to dive deeply into tax technical problems and model reasoning processes.
- Experience with LLMs in legal applications is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with RAG data pipelines and collecting or curating pipeline data is a nice-to-have.
