Responsibilities
- Architect large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design and tune neural network architectures using large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Evaluate model outputs and implement improvements to accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Integrate language models with data pipelines, software systems, and broader applications.
- Lead end-to-end AI-native solution design, including agentic workflows, semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, and distributed systems.
- Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, technical proposals, and deployment documentation.
- Conduct discovery workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, product teams, and delivery teams.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, technology selections, integration approaches, and AI-specific concerns such as latency, token costs, model drift, data quality, and observability.
- Define success metrics, value realization approaches, and pragmatic solutions for legacy systems and technical debt.
- Mentor junior team members and share AI knowledge across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 20 years of experience with Large Language Models is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and machine learning is required.
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks is required.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks and tools for training large-scale models is required.
- Experience handling and preprocessing large unlabeled text datasets is required.
- Familiarity with optimizing model training and inference efficiency is required.
- Ability to analyze model outputs and troubleshoot language generation and understanding issues is required.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, business requirements analysis, technical solution design, platform engineering, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, real-time systems, semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise architecture is required.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, evaluate technologies, estimate costs and effort, and develop technical proposals and value cases is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
