Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Apply prompt engineering and analyze model outputs and performance metrics to improve accuracy and relevance.
- Preprocess data, work with large datasets, and manage computational resources for model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Document model development processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with data preprocessing and domain adaptation methods.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with Python or comparable programming languages used in model development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
