Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes to improve relevance and performance.
- Apply model evaluation metrics, performance tuning, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to cross-team technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Evaluate and integrate new methodologies and technologies to improve model performance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
