Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design scalable Azure cloud architectures for artificial intelligence workloads.
- Develop neural network configurations and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines for language-model training.
- Integrate AI agents and workflows within enterprise environments.
- Lead the development and refinement of architectural standards across projects.
- Provide solutions and architectural guidance across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and guide their professional development.
- Address security, compliance, performance, stakeholder management, estimation, and insurance-domain considerations.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of professional experience.
- At least 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Architecture, Solution Architecture, Large Language Models, and AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures for AI workloads.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and natural language processing techniques.
- Expertise in large-scale data processing pipelines for training language models.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure Well-Architected best practices, end-to-end AI/ML workload solution design, Azure Landing Zones, security and networking design.
- Strong influencing, advisory, stakeholder management, and team decision-making skills.
