Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative large language model architectures for complex natural language processing challenges.
- Optimize neural network architectures and training approaches using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and adaptability.
- Integrate language models into broader AI systems and applications.
- Provide technical solutions and make decisions across multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advise cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies involving large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with distributed computing environments and scalable machine learning frameworks.
- Expertise integrating language models into broader AI systems and applications.
- Strong influencing, advisory, and cross-team decision-making skills.
