Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural language understanding and generation.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters and optimize model configurations and performance.
- Process large-scale unlabeled text datasets and develop or fine-tune language models.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot complex language models using current architectures and training methodologies.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advise multiple teams, and contribute to cross-team decisions.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical growth and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune models for natural language understanding and generation.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model architectures and training methodologies.
- Skills in performance evaluation and troubleshooting of complex language models.
- Strong influencing, advisory, and team decision-making skills.
