Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative large language model architectures.
  • Design and optimize neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
  • Develop models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets and scalable computing environments.
  • Evaluate model performance, improve generalization, reduce bias, and refine models based on findings.
  • Provide cross-team technical solutions, advisory guidance, and business-area problem solving.
  • Make decisions across multiple teams and translate stakeholder needs into LLM-based technical solutions.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
  • Familiarity with techniques for improving model generalization and reducing bias in language generation.
  • Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of scalable computing environments and distributed training frameworks for large models.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
