Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Design and tune neural network parameters using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Lead the development, optimization, and iterative evaluation of language model architectures.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, influence technical decisions, and advise multiple teams.
- Develop cross-team solutions and mentor team members on technical growth and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze and improve model performance through experimentation and evaluation.
- Familiarity with computational frameworks and tools for building and deploying language models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
