Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of large language model architectures for evolving project requirements.
- Design and tune neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Train models on extensive unlabeled text datasets to improve language understanding and generation.
- Analyze and optimize model performance, parameter selection, and computational efficiency.
- Apply state-of-the-art language model pre-training and fine-tuning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advisor, and decision-maker across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with large language models.
- Strong proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Experience training models on extensive unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze and optimize model performance, parameters, and computational efficiency.
- Familiarity with language model pre-training and fine-tuning techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
