Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative large language model architectures.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Train and support large language models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide technical solutions and advisory support across multiple teams and business areas.
- Make team decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into LLM solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Ability to evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments for large model training and deployment.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
