Responsibilities
- Architect large language models for natural-language processing and generation.
- Design neural network parameters and training approaches using large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into applications.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance based on testing results.
- Lead complex, multi-workstream AI transformation programs through deployment and scaling.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and establish AI-native program governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
- Assess and communicate technical risks including model drift, hallucinations, data quality, and performance at scale.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, delivery metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, remove organizational blockers, and support continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior professionals and promote reusable platform engineering approaches.
Requirements
- Large Language Models (LLMs) experience is required.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
