Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models capable of understanding and generating natural language.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and refine neural network parameters and model performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to language model deployment.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and monitor advances in language modeling.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets to improve model performance.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving language model deployment challenges.
