Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and evolve highly scalable distributed software and Power Platform solutions.
- Build Dataverse tables, plugins, security models, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Functions, and enterprise integrations.
- Design and implement REST API, API Management, event-driven, data architecture, and application architecture solutions.
- Groom features and user stories, estimate work, identify technical risks and dependencies, and communicate delivery concerns to stakeholders.
- Maintain technical debt, address vulnerabilities, and manage the currency of third-party components.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and build scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, make architectural decisions, and coach and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on development experience combined with technical leadership in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and AI and agent-based workflow design.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Dataverse, Power Apps model-driven applications, and Power Automate cloud workflows and integrations.
- Experience with Azure Functions, REST APIs, API Management, event-driven architecture, and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong programming skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to write efficient code, troubleshoot complex issues, and build scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise automation solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
- Certification in at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and modern software engineering practices preferred.
- Experience leading data and application architecture decisions and mentoring junior developers preferred.
