Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, customize, and extend Oracle EBS HCM components and modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Use PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts to optimize application performance.
- Integrate Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and support junior team members with technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong experience customizing and extending Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts.
- Familiarity with enterprise-system integration techniques and tools.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
