Base Salary
$108k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new machine learning compiler and systems technologies.
- Design, implement, and optimize compilers for high-impact AI workloads.
- Build agent-driven solutions to automate the overall development flow.
- Co-design agent system solutions with current and future AI compiler technologies.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA software and hardware engineering teams on machine learning acceleration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MS or PhD preferred.
- Experience in machine learning systems development, including ML compilers, LLM inference kernels, or kernel generation.
- Strong Python, C/C++, and GPU programming skills.
- Expertise with machine learning compilers such as Apache TVM or MLIR is preferred.
- Background in AI agent-driven solutions and automation is preferred.
- Expertise in domain-specific compiler and library solutions for LLM inference and training, such as FlashInfer or Flash Attention, is preferred.
- Strong machine learning systems research and productization experience is preferred.
- Open-source project ownership or contributions are preferred.
Benefits

- Base salary ranges from $108,000 to $178,250 for Level 1 and from $124,000 to $195,500 for Level 2, depending on location, experience, and comparable employee pay.
