Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and understand business needs.
- Design and implement ergonomic, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
- Recommend software components and determine required application development work.
- Contribute to technical designs and specifications, including technology stack selection, component organization, and project structure.
- Verify overall solution coherence with support from architects and other teams.
- Serve as a technical reference for teams in relevant areas of expertise.
- Provide technical supervision and support to more junior profiles.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams on software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in lead development assignments in the relevant Microsoft environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET 8, .NET Core, and Azure.
- Previous experience working on fixed-price projects.
- Ability to work independently with strong organization and methodical practices.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills for project and client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
