Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and effective solutions involving Tenstorrent AI software, hardware, and custom silicon.
- Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to support product adoption and influence roadmap and feature development.
- Explain complex technical concepts to researchers, executives, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Help customers fine-tune LLMs, optimize vision models, and build AI pipelines that run at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant customer-facing technical enterprise experience, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required.
