Responsibilities
- Build and improve the Sinch Build Dashboard, spending most of the time working in React.
- Develop end-to-end features across Node.js and/or Java backends.
- Build and run experiments and A/B tests and use tracking data to understand customer behavior.
- Ship frequently to production while maintaining quality and a strong user experience.
- Use AI coding tools to build, test, and ship software faster.
- Follow a build-ship-run approach and collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with React.
- Comfort working with Node.js and/or Java backends.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, including their benefits, risks, and best practices.
- A pragmatic, product-minded approach and willingness to ship frequently.
- Clear written and spoken English communication.
- Willingness to work hybrid from the Stockholm office.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, product analytics, tracking data, TypeScript, or small and early-stage teams is preferred.
