Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled HR solutions and intelligent automation platforms.
- Develop AI applications and conversational agents for the AI Front Door platform.
- Prepare and transform data for AI solutions.
- Integrate enterprise systems and support workflow automation.
- Test solutions and assist with deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Requirements
- Four to six years of total experience.
- Experience with Copilot Studios.
- Experience developing low-code AI solutions.
- Experience with MCP Server development.
- Knowledge of AI guardrails.
- Experience with Entra ID management.
- Knowledge of generative AI.
