Responsibilities
- Design and develop new product features for the XDR customer-facing application.
- Build and maintain integrations, services, and pipelines supporting the product.
- Troubleshoot and fix application and operational problems.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other software engineering team members.
- Lead projects through all stages from initial idea to final delivery.
- Contribute to team processes, culture, application architecture, and product growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-time software engineering role.
- At least 1 year of experience with Node.js.
- At least 1 year of experience with React.js.
- Strong communication skills across teams and disciplines.
- Interest in leading projects through initial idea, development, and final delivery.
- Experience with agentic AI development is preferred.
- Experience with document databases such as Elasticsearch or MongoDB is preferred.
- Experience with AWS is preferred.
- Experience working with large streams of data is preferred.
