Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models and ensembles using customer data and requirements.
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI model training and testing.
- Conceptualize, design, develop, and run experiments to verify model performance and system soundness.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models and ensembles in cloud-based environments with scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, SQL configurations, and performance metrics supporting AI/ML applications.
- Document and communicate methods and findings through publications, reports, visualizations, presentations, briefings, and GitHub repositories.
- Provide ad-hoc technical education on AI/ML topics and serve as an AI/ML subject matter expert.
- Support customer initiatives for federal and Intelligence Community organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- Professional experience using Python or R for AI/ML development.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models, including tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking.
- Experience with cloud computing services and cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment.
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
- Preferred experience includes model explainability and interpretability, verification and validation test benches, Flask, Tableau, enterprise services, security controls, data management practices, and Intelligence Community support.
