Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud architectures, products, services, applications, and platform solutions.
- Write cloud infrastructure, automation scripts, and server-side source code.
- Build, maintain, and migrate application infrastructure across servers, QA environments, and production environments.
- Deploy and operate public and private cloud management platforms while evaluating performance and implementing enhancements.
- Build monitoring and trend-analysis tools and improve system availability, performance, and stability at scale.
- Apply security, change-management, and deployment processes while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and security teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus two years of related experience, or a master's degree plus no years of related experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Java, Python, or another widely used programming language.
- Experience with Kubernetes and the container ecosystem.
- Knowledge of building real-time systems.
- Preferred experience with the Java Spring ecosystem, multithreaded and asynchronous programming, profiling, VoIP, call control processing, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Preferred ability to develop full-stack applications and deliver complex, cross-team projects.
- Preferred demonstrated AI engineering experience, including building AI agents, shipping end-to-end AI tools with user interfaces, and delivering adopted AI initiatives.
