Responsibilities
- Build platforms, systems, and infrastructure using distributed systems and large-scale storage expertise.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to product-assisted trials, licensing visibility and enforcement, on-premise control-plane scaling, and deployment-efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of total work experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of Java, C, C++, Scala, Python, or C#; prior C++ experience is a plus.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or other public cloud technologies is a plus.
- Experience with at least two areas including Unix/Linux, Windows, distributed systems, networking, large software systems, file systems, storage systems, hypervisors, databases, or security software development.
- Knowledge of Docker, containers, Kubernetes, and microservice architectures is a plus.
- Self-starting, driven engineers who can manage themselves and take ownership of their work.
