Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative model architectures.
- Train and optimize models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Analyze model performance and refine parameters using evaluation metrics.
- Provide solutions and technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise and advisory guidance.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization for language processing.
- Experience training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to tune parameters and evaluate model performance.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and model-development tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
