Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural language understanding and generation.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Design, optimize, fine-tune, evaluate, and troubleshoot neural network models.
- Process and manage large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide cross-team technical guidance and solutions.
- Make and influence decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical growth and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune models for natural language understanding and generation.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model architectures and training methodologies.
- Skill in performance evaluation and troubleshooting of complex language models.
- Strong influencing, advisory, and team decision-making skills.
