Responsibilities
- Design and implement features that convert model output into structured user value.
- Continuously improve output quality by iterating on prompts and backend logic.
- Translate product requirements into systems that orchestrate AI models and data.
- Make tradeoffs across latency, cost, reliability, and output quality.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype and ship features.
- Develop scalable backend services in Python to support dynamic product experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building product-facing systems.
- Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code, preferably in Python.
- Focus on product outcomes and user utility in development.
- Excited about working with AI/LLM-powered systems.
- Ability to take ownership of problems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
