Responsibilities
- Support partners and sales colleagues during technical discovery and use-case definition for Data & AI and Automation.
- Translate business and technical requirements into IBM software solutions, architectures, and solution blueprints.
- Work with the IBM watsonx portfolio for AI, data, governance, and orchestration of agents and workflows.
- Support automation use cases involving IBM Concert, HashiCorp, and webMethods.
- Prepare and deliver product demos, workshops, technical presentations, and proofs of concept.
- Assist with technical positioning, solution sizing, configuration, licensing questions, and Bills of Materials.
- Build reusable solutions, demo scenarios, and technical enablement for partners.
- Deliver training and certification sessions to partners and internal colleagues.
- Maintain technical relationships with IBM and support implementation or handoff to specialized services where relevant.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation or demonstrable affinity with software, cloud, data, AI, integration, automation, or IT operations.
- Relevant technical-role experience or demonstrable potential through education, projects, or practical experience.
- Affinity with areas such as generative AI, data platforms, AI governance, agentic automation, AIOps, application integration, infrastructure as code, or secrets management.
- Knowledge of IBM Software or the motivation and ability to build expertise through training, practical experience, and certifications.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into technically sound, valuable solutions.
- Ability to explain complex technology clearly and convincingly to technical and commercial audiences.
- Comfort with product demos, workshops, and professional meetings with partners, customers, and IBM.
- Technical depth combined with commercial insight and the ability to identify opportunities to expand solutions.
- Ability to work independently and accurately while collaborating with sales, product management, IBM, and technical experts.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IBM certifications.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
