Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain software systems using scalable architectures and clean, maintainable code.
- Develop and integrate frontend applications with backend services, web services, and RESTful services.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server database applications, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and high-scale, low-latency workloads.
- Configure and deploy applications on IIS, Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, and JBoss web servers.
- Develop batch programs and VBScript automation.
- Implement SSL certificates and integrate third-party controls, hardware devices, payment systems, ISO messages, and IBM MQ servers.
- Develop charts and graphical reports using Crystal Reports or comparable reporting tools.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers across the full product lifecycle from design through production deployment.
- Test and debug software, prepare technical documentation, and keep current with emerging technologies.
- Follow CNS policies and procedures based on adopted ISO standards.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, object-oriented development, and UML.
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, REST, HTML5, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization for high scale and low latency.
- Experience with Core Java, JSP, and Java Applets.
- Experience configuring and deploying IIS, Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, and JBoss web servers.
- Experience integrating frontend code with backend and RESTful services and working through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience implementing SSL certificates and integrating financial, payment-related, and hardware-device software.
- Experience with Telerik Web Controls or other third-party control integrations.
- Experience with VB.NET and Windows Service development.
- Experience with ISO messages, IBM MQ servers, Crystal Reports or comparable reporting tools, VCP Pro (Proflex 4), Vynamic Transaction Engine ProCash, and VCP Lite.
