Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting critical business applications and systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and provide solutions across teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and support continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
