Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product capabilities across the stack
- Design systems for intake and authorization workflows, real-time signals, and operational automation
- Develop automation and orchestration layers for complex real-world workflows
- Create internal tools and user-facing interfaces
- Design for correctness, observability, and resilience in mission-critical healthcare revenue and operational systems
- Work directly with customers and partner with go-to-market teams to turn ambiguity into durable solutions
- Create abstractions from disconnected and messy data to support operational scale and data intelligence
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack products in production
- Strong backend fundamentals
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Experience deconstructing real-world workflow complexity into automation
- Care for reliability, edge cases, correctness, and long-term quality
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and high ownership
- Bonus: background in agent automation, orchestration, or integration platforms
- Bonus: experience deploying AI-powered systems in production
- Bonus: prior exposure to healthcare, finance, or operationally complex domains
