Responsibilities
- Support enterprise deals technically from initial data discussions through contract signing.
- Lead end-to-end implementations by connecting enterprise systems, building data models, and configuring the Environmental Intelligence System.
- Translate implementation results into clear communication for C-level executives and present in German and English.
- Work onsite with customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland when needed.
- Feed customer learnings back to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in engineering, computer science, physics, or another quantitative field, with a strong academic record.
- Strong Python and SQL skills and experience structuring complex data models.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a scale-up, top consulting firm, or software-company FDE team.
- Experience with ERP or PLM systems is a strong plus.
- Fluent German and English.
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate, with three days per week in the Munich office and regular travel across DACH.
- Ability to explain complex technical work clearly to engineers and executives and take ownership of outcomes.
