Responsibilities
- Shape and lead strategic technology operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing transformations.
- Support large, complex, multi-year transformation deals.
- Translate business strategy into solution visions and architectures.
- Bring together capabilities across Capgemini business lines and apply current technologies, including Agentic AI.
- Engage credibly with senior business, IT, C-suite, and executive stakeholders.
- Shape solutions for ambiguous situations where no existing blueprint exists.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the life sciences industry and/or life sciences consulting focused on drug manufacturing, quality, validation, compliance, digital manufacturing, MES, automation, or data and AI in operations.
- Proven track record shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals.
- Strong life sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI applications within the stated domain scope.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and create solutions without an established blueprint.
