Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, data, and cloud strategy for the largest client accounts using enterprise modernization and capability mapping.
- Present to customer C-level executives and align strategic objectives with Celonis technical strategy.
- Identify and architect innovative solutions involving emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
- Bridge Celonis product and engineering teams with client teams to deliver technical services.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of the regional customer base.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements with customer architecture and security teams.
- Coach Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability issues.
- Develop reusable consulting assets, customer-facing position papers, technical designs, and thought-leadership presentations.
- Support sales goals through new customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and removal of technical blockers.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect, CTO at a top consulting firm, or enterprise architect at a customer.
- Strategic ability to connect technical solutions with business value and customer objectives.
- Proven ability to present complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives.
- Experience with capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- Strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, system integrations, data operations, automation, and development using data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- Ability to code or assemble architecture demonstrations.
- MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification in an Information Technology-related field.
- Fluency in English; Swedish or Danish is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include Celonis certifications; OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines experience; AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications; ESB or ETL certifications; Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, or Informatica certifications; TOGAF or Zachmann certification; experience in at least two listed business domains; and experience in at least two listed industries.
