Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user guides, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Create advanced eLearning modules and product tutorials using various authoring tools.
Partner with product and customer success leaders to align content with business goals.
Drive documentation integration into Agile/DevOps development workflows.
Stay updated with emerging trends in SaaS documentation and eLearning technology.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Communication, Instructional Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical writing and eLearning content development.
Proven experience documenting software/SaaS products and building scalable training content.
Strong expertise with documentation platforms like Confluence and Git-based tools.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate.
Good knowledge of instructional design methodologies like ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
