Responsibilities

Lead architecture design for scalable, extensible, and reliable systems.
Align technology roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.
Remove technical blockers and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.
Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions and prioritize effectively.
Write code to guide teams and support high-priority initiatives.
Identify business and tech opportunities; evaluate and adopt new technologies.
Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier engineering talent.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
10+ years of experience building and operating backend services and web applications.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, data processing, and server technologies.
Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Framework; object-oriented design.
Experience with AWS-based service development and operations.
Experience with NoSQL and relational/columnar databases.

Hybrid work model with at least 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
