Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable test automation frameworks for UI and API layers.
- Research and create AI testing agents to enhance automation efforts.
- Act as the sole QA authority on the engineering team, solving complex problems independently.
- Automate comprehensive regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Ensure automation framework supports GxP compliance and generates necessary documentation.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for immediate feedback on builds.
- Collaborate with global teams to understand technical requirements and edge cases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Founding QA mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into automated test suites.
- Deep expertise in enterprise backend testing and modern UI automation tools.
- Strong API testing experience and handling large-scale datasets.
