Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader on the team, driving the design and delivery of control plane components.
- Design and scale the core platform using Go, managing global state and session lifecycles.
- Implement and optimize multi-tenant services and API gateways for secure workload isolation.
- Own the developer interface, optimizing real-time execution telemetry and logging.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other teams to align technical roadmaps with customer needs.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Maintain and operate critical services, ensuring superior platform health and uptime.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on microservices and SaaS/PaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, particularly in managing complex agent session lifecycles.
- Proven experience building high-throughput REST/gRPC APIs and custom network routers.
- Practical experience with cluster schedulers and distributed key-value stores.
- Strong experience modeling application state in relational databases and designing telemetry pipelines.
- Experience building products for developers with empathy for their workflows.
- Proven experience shipping customer-facing software in a high-scale environment.
