Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software solutions and applications.
- Develop SAP UI5 Freestyle MVC and Fiori Elements applications using OData V2 and V4.
- Build FLP plugins, reuse libraries, custom controls, and UI5 theming solutions.
- Implement accessibility features including ARIA, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader compliance.
- Create and maintain tests using QUnit, OPA5, Mock Server, test coverage, and ui5lint.
- Support identity and access management using XSUAA, IAS, SAML 2.0, and role-based access control.
- Configure SAP Build Work Zone Spaces, Pages, and CDM.
- Deploy applications to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make technical decisions, provide solutions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and monitor application-feature delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Required expertise in SAP UI5 development.
- Deep understanding of SAP UI5 Freestyle MVC, Fiori Elements, OData V2 and V4, FLP Plugin, Reuse Library, Custom Controls, and UI5 Theming.
- Strong HTML5, JavaScript, DOM, ES6+, and CSS fundamentals, including custom properties and SAP theming.
- Experience with Node.js, dependency management, and application security.
- Experience with Jenkins/Piper, GitHub Enterprise, UI5 Tooling, and MBT.
- Knowledge of accessibility, identity and access management, SAP Build Work Zone, and SAP BTP Cloud Foundry deployment.
