Base Salary
$133k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and support batch, distributed, and real-time data infrastructure, pipelines, and technology capabilities.
- Develop fault-tolerant, self-healing, adaptive, and highly accurate data computational pipelines.
- Provide consultation and lead the implementation of complex programs.
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers and foster collaboration with stakeholders.
- Tune distributed queries operating over billions of rows of data.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify permanent resolutions to software and business-process issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for assigned systems and projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the data engineering domain.
- Ability to build reliable and scalable data infrastructure and data solutions.
- Ability to lead data engineering projects and teams while ensuring technical excellence.
- Ability to work with batch, distributed, and real-time data capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and business-process issues.
