Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and select among available technologies with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, or 1 year of industry experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 2 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Experience designing and maintaining large-scale streaming data pipelines or working with large-scale data processing systems.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to collaborate within and across teams and learn quickly in a fast-moving, customer-driven environment.
